The Add Record page is used to create detailed clinical records for a patient session. This section allows therapists to document measurements, session details, notes, performance information, and supporting files.
Accessing Add Record #
The Add Record option can be accessed from:
- Patient List
- Patient Overview page
- Records & Notes section
Once selected, the Add Record screen opens for entering session-related details.
Session Information #
At the top-right section of the page, users can define session-related information:
- Session Type
Select the type of session from the dropdown, such as video call or other available session modes. - Duration
Enter the total session duration in minutes.
Measurement Table #
The Measurement Table is used to document procedure-related measurements during the session.
Notes Editor #
The Notes panel allows therapists to enter detailed observations and documentation. It has editor to scale up the details therapist want to make it more simplify.
AI Assistance #
- The āUse AIā option becomes available after entering the minimum required amount of text.
- AI can assist in improving or generating structured notes based on entered content.
Speech-to-Text Support #
- The āSpeakā option allows users to dictate notes using voice input.
- Spoken content is converted into text within the notes editor.
Performance Section #
The Performance table is used to document patient performance metrics. This section helps evaluate patient progress during sessions. It will generated based upon ICF and SOAP notes by filling the case details.
File Upload Section #
The Files section allows users to upload supporting documents and media related to the session.
Supported file categories may include:
- Images
- Videos
- PDF documents
Uploading Files #
- Click the āUpload Filesā button to attach files.
- Uploaded files become part of the patient record for future reference.
