The Billing & Invoices section helps patients manage therapy payments, view invoices, and track payment history directly from the application.
This section contains two tabs:
- Invoices
- Payments
Invoices Tab #
The Invoices tab displays all generated invoices related to therapy sessions and treatments.
Patients can:
- View invoice dates
- Check payment amounts
- Track payment status
- Download invoice copies
- Complete pending payments
Payments Tab #
The Payments tab provides a summary of completed and ongoing payment activity.
Patients can view:
- Last payment details
- Payment method used
- Sessions covered under payment
- Upcoming session information
- Transaction history
