The Templates section allows users to create, manage, and reuse predefined templates within the system.
The section is divided into two template categories:
Available Template Types: #
- Treatment Plan Templates
- Document Templates
Users can switch between template types using the top navigation tabs.
Treatment Plan Templates #
The Treatment Plan Templates section allows therapists to create reusable treatment plans containing exercises and rehabilitation activities.
These templates can later be assigned directly within the patient treatment plan workflow.
Treatment Template List #
The page displays all available treatment plan templates in a card-based layout.
Information Displayed: #

Selecting a template opens the detailed template editor.
Create Treatment Template #
Users can create a new treatment plan template using “Add template” button.

Exercise Video Selection #
