Add Notes

The Add Note page is used to create and manage patient-related notes. This section allows therapists or healthcare professionals to document observations, follow-ups, reminders, or additional information related to a patient session.

Accessing Add Note #

The Add Note option can be accessed from:

  • Patient list
  • Patient Overview page
  • Records & Notes section

Selecting this option opens the note creation interface.

Note Title #

  • The Note Title field is editable.
  • Users can enter a custom title based on the purpose of the note.
  • This helps organize and identify notes more efficiently.

Examples include:

  • Follow-up Observation
  • Session Summary
  • Pain Assessment Note
  • Recovery Update

Notes Editor #

The Notes section contains a rich text editor where users can enter detailed information.

The editor supports:

  • Bold, italic, and underline formatting
  • Bullet and numbered lists
  • Text alignment options
  • Structured note formatting

This allows users to create well-organized and readable notes.

Session Information #

On the right side of the page, users can define session-related details.

  • Session Type
    Select the type of session associated with the note.
  • Duration (min)
    Enter the duration of the session in minutes.
