The Add Note page is used to create and manage patient-related notes. This section allows therapists or healthcare professionals to document observations, follow-ups, reminders, or additional information related to a patient session.
Accessing Add Note #
The Add Note option can be accessed from:
- Patient list
- Patient Overview page
- Records & Notes section
Selecting this option opens the note creation interface.
Note Title #
- The Note Title field is editable.
- Users can enter a custom title based on the purpose of the note.
- This helps organize and identify notes more efficiently.

- Follow-up Observation
- Session Summary
- Pain Assessment Note
- Recovery Update
Notes Editor #
The Notes section contains a rich text editor where users can enter detailed information.
The editor supports:
- Bold, italic, and underline formatting
- Bullet and numbered lists
- Text alignment options
- Structured note formatting
This allows users to create well-organized and readable notes.
Session Information #
On the right side of the page, users can define session-related details.
- Session Type
Select the type of session associated with the note. - Duration (min)
Enter the duration of the session in minutes.
