All medical and treatment information in this section is managed and updated by the therapist through the therapist application to ensure accuracy and proper clinical tracking.

File & Document Uploads #

Patients are allowed to upload supporting files and documents when required.

Examples may include:

• Medical reports
• Lab results
• Prescription files
• Scan images
• Other healthcare-related documents

To upload a document:

• Open the Case Details section
• Navigate to Files / Documents
• Click Upload File
• Select the required document from the device

Uploaded files may be reviewed by the therapist as part of the treatment process.
