Appointments

The Appointments module allows receptionists to schedule meetings between patients and therapists and manage upcoming and recent appointments.


Schedule Appointment #

Receptionists can create new appointments using the scheduling form.

Required Information:

  • Meeting title
  • Appointment date
  • Start time
  • End time
  • Session type
  • Patient selection

Supported Session Types:

  • Video Call
  • Audio Call
  • In Person

The therapist is automatically selected based on the chosen patient.


Patient Search #

The system supports patient search while scheduling appointments.

Features:

  • Search patient by name
  • Patient dropdown suggestions
  • Auto therapist selection after patient selection

This helps quickly schedule appointments for existing patients.


Scheduled Meetings #

The Scheduled Meetings tab displays all upcoming appointments.

Displayed Information:

  • Meeting title
  • Appointment date
  • Appointment time
  • Patient name
  • Therapist name
  • Session type

Appointments are automatically sorted by nearest upcoming meeting.


Recent Meetings #

The Recent Meetings tab displays previously completed appointments.

Features:

  • Appointment history view
  • Session type indicators
  • Patient and therapist details
  • Meeting date and time display

This helps receptionists track previous appointment activity.
